Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY :

•  Complete Unboxing video is neccessary from the beginning till end to claim any issue or to raise any complain regarding the order you received.
• Must inform via IG DM OR WHATSAPP ( 8240486231) within 24 hours of order being received. 
•  Product cannot be cancelled once placed on our website. You can only request for replacing the item with something else from our website ( to be informed within 24 hours of order being placed.)

 Conditions for RETURN or EXCHANGE : (Must read)

• The Goods were purchased/delivered in the last 24 hours.
• If any wrong size / wrong product or defect / damage product gets delivered unboxing video is required for return / exchange.
• Return Product Should be dispatched within 2 days of complaint raised and tracking slip should be shared for the same prior only.
• Refund or exchange will be done when product is received verified and checked. 
• Used product will not be taken back.

•  REFUND  POLICY:

• In case of successful return refund will be made once we receive the return parcel. The refund might take 2 – 7 bussiness days to reflect in you bank account. 

• THE FOLLOWIMG GOODS CANNOT  BE RETURNED

• If you inform after 2 days or 1 month. 
• If send parcel back without informing
• If no unboxing video available

• WHAT IF CUSTOMERS HAVE ISSUE WITH THE SIZE / PRODUCT?

• No returns or exchange if same size is delivered as described.
•  No returns or exchange on liking basis.
